Rangeley Snowmobile Trails Report – 2/5/2010
Trails Are Open. We have generally 2” of new snow which will really help the riding. Trail conditions as you approach In-Town locations in Rangeley and Oquossoc are fair due to thin cover and bare, icy areas. Conditions are GOOD as you head out a mile or so. Just take it easy as there may be icy spots under the new snow. People are riding the lakes but expect icy conditions as the wind is blowing off the new snow. Ask locally before you risk your life.
SNOW & WEATHER REPORT: We have picked up about 2-4 inches of snow this week. We expect a good riding weekend with seasonably cold and breezy weather with sun at times. Read the rest of this entry »
