Oquossoc man faces OUI charge

RANGELEY — An Oquossoc man faces a drunken driving charge after he was stopped Tuesday and failed a field sobriety test, police say. Kevin Bliss, 56, was charged with drunken driving for operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content more than three times the legal limit.
