Rangeley Plantation voters rejected the budget and two other plantations narrowly approved it. The towns voted as follows: Dallas, yes-29, no-10; Rangeley, yes-161, no-110; Sandy River Plantation, yes-11, no-0; Rangeley Plantation, yes-8, no-12; and Magalloway, yes-8, no-6

RSU 78 voters accept Rangeley Plantation into district

RANGELEY — Regional School Union 78 member towns voted 71-8 on Tuesday to accept Rangeley Plantation into the school district, Superintendent Brian Foster said Wednesday.
