By BJ Bangs Irregular Staff Writer RANGELEY — RSU #78 voters approved the $3.37 million school budget 217-147 Tuesday, June 7. Rangeley Plantation voters rejected the budget and two other plantations narrowly approved it. The towns voted as follows: Dallas, yes-29, no-10; Rangeley, yes-161, no-110; Sandy River Plantation, yes-11, no-0; Rangeley Plantation, yes-8, no-12; and Magalloway, yes-8, no-6
