The Wilhelm Reich Museum thanks helpers for success of hands-on children’s activity area at Snodeo

Rangeley, Maine – The staff at the Wilhelm Reich museum wishes to thank those involved with making The Hands-On Children’s Activity Area for Snodeo at the Rangeley Inn  a huge success. Our hosts Dominique and Charles Goude were so welcoming.

Lewis Haley set up the play area for the children again this year. Jean and Jack Nutile showed the kids how to make tye dye shirts. Thanks to the members of the Episcopal Church the kids were able to keep the shirts they made and were very happy about that. Gerry and Diane Adams helped the kids make and fly  straw rockets. They also kept their rockets. Thank you goes to Parkside and Main and The Red Onion for the straws. This was a new project as well as a big hit with the kids.  David and Evangaline Dunham, and Hazel Hogan helped the kids with the Discovery Room exhibits. (stethoscopes, prism, magnet and hook games, static tubes, anti- gravity stick and more) .  The Jump & Slide and Ball Tent, given by A-One Builders, as always  a huge hit with the little ones.

Thanks go to all who helped and all who attended to make it a WOW DAY!
